Poetry: “Spill Your Mind”

Expenses. Millions. Burning the holes in pockets, that’s all it is.
Underdeveloped. Too dependent.
Fighting the way out of this emotionally splattered mind.
Ignorance. Anti-bliss. Neglection detection. Self-conscious hinders.
Awareness in a pessimist will destroy.
Light at the end of the tunnel, above the hole, unreachable in the frame of time.
Do you “get it?” Purging of guilt, smarter than others.
Writing is breathing, eating is bleeding.
Bleeds too much, breathes not enough.
He says, “And how do you breathe?”
…with my lungs of course.
